Who are We?

We are from The Chapel of the Resurrection; youth congregation and we gather on every Sunday to pray, worship and know more about God through reading and listening of His word.

3 facts about the congregation:

1)Age range: People who consider themselves youths. :P

2)Attendance on Sunday gathering:Approximately 200 people

3)The Congregation consists of . . .
Individuals from different stage of life: we have students, national service men, working adults and even parents in our midst.

As followers of Christ, we express our love for Him through various ways and one of which is through worship. Worship is not merely about playing great music and singing meaningful lyrics but its a whole experience and encounter with God. We look forward in seeing you to join us in our gathering.

We will be having Worship 2007 on 20th July 2007 (Friday) from 7pm onwards.

What is Worship 2007 about?

In brief . . .

Worship 2007 hopes to impact people through music and it is a time where people can come and experience and encounter God through music, dance and drama.

This year's conference revolves around the theme of Deeper Still, so what does it means ?

Deeper still is about . . .

We who are called to be worshipers of God to desire more of God's presence when we enter into a time of worship, bringing our best to Him which is not out of our convenience but as a pleasing sacrifice.

When and Where is it gonna be?

Talking about Worship 2007 --- Deeper Still, one important information not to miss would be the date, time and venue.

Heres all you need to know for the coming event:

Date: 20th July 2007 (Friday).

Time: 7pm onwards.

Venue: Saint Andrew Village, Diocese centre.

The above shows the map of of Saint Andrew Village, the conference will be held at the Diocese centre (the purple building as indicated on the map), 2nd level in the worship hall.

If you are coming by:

Train: The nearest mrt station is Potong Pasir Mrt where the Diocese centre is a 5min walk away.

Bus: There is bustop directly outside the Diocese centre along the PIE and the bus services available are: 8,26,31,90,142,151,857,956 and 985.
